The India Furniture Conclave 2023, part of the Matecia Exhibition at Pragati Maidan on September 22, 2023, was a tremendous success. The conference drew prominent industry leaders, architects, designers, making it a resounding triumph with a substantial footfall.

The event began with a grand ceremonial lamp lighting ceremony, featuring distinguished personalities such as Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka, Chairman of Century Plyboards and President of FIPPI, Kolkata. Other notable personalities including Mr. Krupesh Thakkar, Chairman and Managing Director, Rushil Decor, Ahmedabad; Mr. N. K. Aggarwal, Chairman of Action Tesa Group, Delhi; Dr. M. P. Singh, Director, IWST, Bangalore and visionary Mr. Pragat Dvivedi, Founder of IIR, FDT, Delhi graced the occasion.

Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka, in his keynote address, commended the remarkable growth of the MATECIA exhibition, highlighting its increased size, diversity, and representation. Mr. N. K. Aggarwal emphasized the importance of unity within the building material industry, especially in competing with countries like China.
